A customer called us after they lost the last working key to several locked display cases inside a retail store. Prior to losing the key, they had been unsuccessful in locating additional copies. This was due in part to the lock being a foreign-manufactured off-brand. We had to pick one of these locks in order to open a display case. We were successful in modifying a key blank to operate all of the required locks. We also provided additional copies.
