Sheriff's Eviction Assistance in Del Mar

We often will not take pictures of eviction for privacy reasons. After the Sheriff’s Department serves a tenant with a court-ordered notice to vacate the tenant has five days to leave. At the end of 5 days if the tenant remains they will be physically removed. We were present to pick the locks so that the Deputy Sheriff could enter the building to clear it. We remain after the Sheriff’s Department is finished so the owner’s property is secured, and the locks are re-keyed with any necessary lock repairs made.
