Touchscreen Deadbolt Repair in Carlsbad, CA

This Yale Real Living deadbolt would not lock or unlock from the outside. It would barely lock from the inside with effort. The motor was straining to operate the bolt.  Several issues were found with this door.  First, we determined that the deadbolt was worn out and needed to be replaced. We modified a different brand deadbolt to work. We also replaced and adjusted the strike plate.  The rechargeable batteries were replaced with quality lithium batteries. We added some 3-inch screws to the hinges to help with sagging issues.
